Rich and creamy caramel milk tea made hot or cold, with optional boba pearls.

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 black tea bag (or 2 tsp loose leaf)
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 tbsp caramel simple syrup
- ¼ cup quick cook boba pearls (optional)
- Steep tea in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove tea bag.
- Cook boba per package directions, soak in caramel syrup + 1 tbsp tea.
- For cold: Add boba, syrup, ice, cooled tea, and half and half to glass. Stir.
- For hot: Warm half and half with syrup. Add tea, milk mix, and boba to mug.
