  • 8 oz (240 ml) filtered hot water (80–85 °C / 176–185 °F)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water to 80–85 °C (176–185 °F) — not boiling.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon FGO Tea (or tea bag) to a cup or infuser.
  3. Pour the hot water over the tea.
  4. Steep for 2–3 minutes to extract full flavor and antioxidants.
  5. Strain or remove the tea bag.
  6. Optionally add lemon or mint.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your rejuvenating FGO Tea.
