Rich, fudgy brownies layered with creamy peanut butter fudge, the ultimate indulgence for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in both sugars, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  6. In another bowl, melt white chocolate, peanut butter, and condensed milk until smooth.
  7. Spread fudge over brownie layer.
  8. Top with remaining batter and smooth evenly.
  9. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
  10. Cool completely before slicing and serve with sea salt.

Notes

Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
