Juicy lobster tails roasted in a Cajun garlic butter sauce with smoky paprika, lemon juice, and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (45 oz each), split
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Whisk butter, oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne, and lemon juice.
  • Place lobster tails flesh-side up and brush with mixture.
  • Roast 10–12 minutes until opaque and golden (140°F).
  • Brush with reserved butter and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Grill option: Cook flesh-side up over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes.
  • Adjust cayenne to taste.
